Shipping policy

Orders generally take 1-3 business days to process. For pre-orders, please check the pre-order tracking page when available.

Shipping is from Hawaii, USA. Please allow 1-3 weeks for US orders. Allow 4-6+ weeks for international orders. Please understand that delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Sometimes USPS prematurely marks packages as delivered. Please allow 1 week after your package is marked as delivered before contacting us.

If you suspect that your package is missing or stolen (no updates on tracking history, package marked as delivered but not found, etc), please contact us ASAP. Please contact your local authorities if you suspect your package has been stolen.

We may not refund/replace orders for packages that are marked as delivered on their tracking history.

⚠️PLEASE be sure to double check your address and include any unit number. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact us if you need to update your address prior to shipping.

Returned parcels due to a buyer's incomplete/incorrect address will be charged an additional fee for re-shipment
